About Our Center
Opened in 2022, The Conyngham Primary Health Care Center serves people of all ages with family medicine and internal medicine services.
A full-time medical director, nurse practitioner, nurse and support staff focus on individuals and families to ensure that preventive care and care for illness are delivered with the highest quality and convenience on the campus of Children’s Service Center and Robinson Counseling Center, where we have served the community since 1862.
We believe that the availability of primary care along with specialized services on our main campus for treatment of mental health and substance use disorders offers the best option for health improvement and recovery. In fact, medical research shows that re- ceiving primary care and mental health services together results in better mental health outcomes.
