Heather Gavin, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner, Medication Assisted Treatment/Family Medicine

Heather Gavin is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine serving patients in the Wilkes-Barre location. Heather provides care for individuals who are combining medication (Medication Assisted Treatment-MAT) with other therapies to support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders. She earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Misericordia University and is a graduate of Luzerne County Community College.

Jessica Neare, CRNP, DNP

Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine

Jessica Neare is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine serving patients of all ages with primary care in the Wilkes-Barre location. Across acute care and community health settings since 2016, Jessica’s clinical experience includes family medicine, gastroenterology, obstetrics/gynecology, hospice and palliative care, emergency medicine/trauma, neurology, and medical/surgical nursing. She is an alumnus of Misericordia University, where she earned a doctorate degree in nursing practice, a master of science in nursing, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Gina Pahler, LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse, Family Medicine

A Licensed Practical Nurse, Gina Pahler has provided care for patients in family medicine, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings since 1998. Her extensive experience includes coordination of interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. Gina is dedicated to educating patients and families to ensure effective communication and achievement of health goals. She completed her LPN training and education at Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical Center.

Stephanie Davenport

Coordinator, Medication Assisted Treatment

Stephanie Davenport serves as the coordinator for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), supporting patients who are in treatment for alcohol and opioid use disorders. Stephanie facilitates care and resources to help patients sustain recovery through Robinson Counseling Center and Conyngham Primary Health Care Center, which is registered as an Opioid Use Disorder Center of Excellence by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. A graduate of Luzerne County Community College, Stephanie is a Certified Recovery Specialist with experience as a case coordinator and behavioral health support professional since 2019.
